I wanted to pass on some comments I have with regard to the recent work done on our home.

When we first discovered the flood on September 30th, 2004 we really did not know where to start. After calling our insurance company, ING, we were advised that your company would be handling the clean-up and restoration of our property.

Within 2 hours your crew was here cleaning up. Mike, Michael, Jack and Victoria worked tirelessly until all the water soaked carpeting, drywall and insulation were removed. Thereafter everything worked like clock work. Tony and John were sent to put up new insulation and drywall. Mike and Michael returned to do the taping, sanding and painting. We were just amazed at their speed and expertise. Within 3 weeks they had completed something that we thought would not be completed until Christmas. They were all very friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

We have also now had the carpeting in the basement, the hardwood floor in the family and the wallpapering in the laundry room completed. Once again the people sent to do this were experts in their field.

Five weeks after the initial call everything is complete. We are very pleased with the outcome. Something that started out to be a disaster turned into a positive experienece and this is a direct result of the people involved.

Please pass on our thanks to everyone that you sent to our home, especially Mike and Michael. They are to be commended for a job well done.
