Is there a limit to the size or type of restoration work you can do?

No, there is no limit to the type or size of restoration work that we are capable of doing. Our experienced staff consists of Carpenters, Painters,
Carpet Installers, and Cleaners. Although our name says "Kleen", we are a full service, licensed contractor.

 

What happens to my contents that are damaged? Where does it go?

All contents that are damaged are carefully inspected, packaged and then
brought to our Warehouse for safekeeping. Our warehouse is heated,
insured and all necessary ozone and cleaning procedures are done on premises. Insureds and Insurance representatives have access to their contents at any time.

Why should I select Stay Kleen Services to complete my repairs?

Our experience and quality of work have lead to our success. We guarantee our repairs and will respond to all concerns as they arise.

Can I be provided with references?

Yes, we would be happy to provide a list of references and some written references from past Insureds. Our success is built on the reputation we have achieved within our Industry.

What are the procedures for the settlement of my claim?

Once you and your Adjuster have discussed the claim, and you agree on the scope and price. Our assigned estimator will assist you after we have been retained as your contractor. We will work closely with you and the Adjuster to make sure that every detail is considered and to ensure your property is restored to a pre-loss condition. All repairs are made according to the scope that all parties have agreed to.
